About Noah Shulkin
Noah Shulkin grew up in Sacramento, California, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Southern California. His passion for harm reduction began through volunteer work with a mutual aid group in Los Angeles, where he gained firsthand experience supporting vulnerable communities.
Building on this foundation, Noah collaborated with the NOPAL Initiative in Phoenix to provide outreach services to individuals experiencing homelessness and to advance harm reduction efforts throughout the region. He is currently pursuing his MD at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and plans to specialize in Emergency Medicine.
